Shipping policy

Pre-order: delivery in 4–5 weeks

Every PitRain is built after you order. Delivery can take 4–5 weeks from the date of your order:

Production: about 2–3 weeks after you order.
Shipping: about 1–2 weeks after production, depending on your country.

These times are estimates. Delivery can occasionally take longer because of carrier delays, customs or public holidays. If your order will be more than 2 weeks later than estimated, we will email you and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Express Delivery

The optional Express Delivery add-on gives your order priority in production and ships it with an express carrier. It shortens the delivery time, but we can't guarantee a specific delivery date.

Shipping Protection

With the optional Shipping Protection add-on, if your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or refund you. Report the problem within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. Without Shipping Protection, your legal rights still apply: we are responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us before the order ships and we will correct it.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. Unless checkout states that duties are included, these charges are paid by the buyer.
