FAQs
How long does shipping take?
PitRain is a pre-order: every unit is built after you order. Delivery can take 4–5 weeks from the day you order (about 2–3 weeks of production plus 1–2 weeks of shipping). You get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
When will my card be charged?
Not when you order. At checkout we only place a hold on your card for the order total. We charge it when we confirm your unit for production, normally within 7 days. If we can't fulfil your order, we cancel it and release the hold, so you pay nothing.
How does it work?
PitRain screws onto your shower arm like any rain shower head. Turn on the water and the wide plate under the car pours an even rain while the rear light and LED halo glow.
Is it an official team product?
No. PitRain is our own independent design inspired by open-wheel racing. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any racing team, driver or series.
Is it custom-made?
Yes. Each unit is assembled and finished after you order, which is why we build in batches with a fixed production window.
Will it fit my shower?
It fits a standard 1/2-inch shower arm. Wrap the thread with a little plumber's tape, screw it on and you're done.
