Frequently asked questions
FAQs
How long does shipping take?
This is a pre-order: every dispenser is built after you order. Delivery can take 4–5 weeks from the day you order (about 2–3 weeks of production plus 1–2 weeks of shipping). You get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
When will my card be charged?
Not when you order. At checkout we only place a hold on your card for the order total. We charge it when we confirm your unit for production, normally within 7 days. If we can't fulfil your order, we cancel it and release the hold, so you pay nothing.
How does it work?
Fill the tank through the cap on the base with liquid hand soap. Hold your hand under the exhausts: the sensor in the base detects it and soft foam flows out, no touching needed.
Is it an official car manufacturer product?
No. It is our own independent design inspired by modern supercars. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any car manufacturer.
Is it custom-made?
Yes. Each dispenser is assembled and finished after you order, which is why we build in batches with a fixed production window.
What soap can I use?
Any regular liquid hand soap. For the richest foam, mix it with a little water before you fill the tank.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
